Hope everyone had a happy new year.
So yesterday I purchased gems for my character, trying to get some gold to gear him up.
After the conversion and buying some gear, I realized it was not enough and went to buy more gems.
I then received a message saying the card was blocked and to contact support.
I’m kind of frustrated that cards can be “blacked out” so easily.
I want to buy gems but can’t buy any! >.<
