I purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition for a friend and when he tried to register the serial code it gave an error and said that the code had already been registered to another account. Is this an error? What is my next course of action?
The first question is where did you purchase the game from? If it was from a retail outlet they should give you a replacement since the serial code was used. If you got it from the GW2 website you’ll need to contact support.
