Purchased Chopping AXE via Gem Store. No AXE?

Shows on my purchases that I bought axe but no mail delivery?

I might need to update my credit card info but I don’t see where to do that in Gem Store? Only thing that changed was I got new card and expiration dates changed account number is the same?

In my account would I have to enter a whole new account password to be able to edit my profile?

NVM just had to clear out space in my mailbox.
