Problem ???

Tryed to log in today, there was a small update and when i clicked to start the game it entered a black screen then cut out to this message " A serious error has occured that prevents the program from continuing to run. You can help us prevent … ect. I tried to send the report but it fails. Anyone else having this problem, anyone have a fix or is it one of those thing i should just wait out ?.

Hi Noid – If you can attach a Game Advisor report to the thread I can look into this issue for you and see what could be causing it.

Thanks for the report! I would first start with updating your Windows to Service Pack 1. You can do this by clicking the “Start” button, selecting “All Programs” and clicking “Windows Update.” You will want to ensure that you download all the critical updates for Windows.

Once you’ve done that, I would recommend a clean installation of the newest AMD video drivers: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx

Please let me know if these updates have any affect on the issue!
