problem with the password

im really getting annoying by this i bought the game 2 days ago i had so much trouble to get the game going never had such problems with any game before i couldnt used my password until i reset it 3 by sending mails because i didnt have any chercter name i could use to reset my password now after i login once to the game and creatd one,every time that i want to login i need to reset my password to a new one cuz my old one dont working…..im having a single time password i sent something like 10 mails to support and i dont think any1 really reading the mails there im just keep getting mails back with links to reset my password……

First, do not send any more tickets. Second, respond to your first ticket and explain your situation again. Include all the other ticket numbers so that they can be merged and the team can help you.

Please use a PC for game activities and forum activities. As mentioned above, there is an issue with using devices other than a PC, and that issue is not on our end so we want to suggest you use your PC for contacts and gaming.
