[Problem with Name Character] Allihana Seiör

Hi guys,
i have a problem with my character’s name, because when another player try to join me in a party, they can’t search the Last Name “Seiör”. I think is beacuse the ö.

In the website, when i try to see “Hall of Monuments” of this character i can’t localize with search….

“Error Loading Character
We couldn’t load that character, please check your spelling.”

And when i try to search my brother’s character “Shadow Tief” i can localize it.

Name: Allihana Seiör
Race: Sylvari
Profession: Mesmer
Server: Dragonbrand

(Sorry about my english, I’m Brazilian and i’m not 100% on this)

Thanks for all your answers. Arthur, contacting Customer Support is the best way to solve this problem. And since this is not really a game bug, we proceed to close the thread.
