Problem with "banned"

Greetings,

I have sent 2 tickets since yesterday (when the problem happened) and none of them have been replied. Well the thing is that yesterday while I was playing in WvW, I left the toon afk for like 10 minutes and then when I came back I was disconnected. Then when I tried to log in again says this: “Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated for modifying or tampering with the game, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. This action is permanent.” Please help me with this. I barely talk in map chat and if I talk is in WvW to say things like we are getting attacked or get supply, etc.

When I bought the game I had a problem with the account too but that has been resolved so I don’t think that would affect. And sorry for my bad English lol that is not my first idiom, thank you.

Ok thank you. I submitted 2 tickets because I think I sent one in an incorrect category.

You can upgrade you ticket to point out your error, but as mentioned above, submitting a duplicate ticket truly does slow the response process. I would assume by this point the second ticket has been closed and any new info has been merged into the first. If you have not yet received a response, I am sure you will get one very soon.
