Problem stack up new serial

Hi support team
i am playing in US server.
i ‘ve tried to stack a new serial (US serial) to my account, but i got this message:
The serial code you’ve entered is not valid for this region. Please apply the serial code to a valid account in the correct region

So, whats wrong, can any GM help me to get it fixed?

It appears you have acquired a code that is invalid for your region, but if you already have a game serial code, I’m not sure what sort of code this would be. I suggestion you contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post.
