Privacy issues with display name

Being able to see one’s display name in-game is making me not enjoy this game to it’s fullest. In all other mmo’s, people are not able to see everyone elses display name. In WoW for example, you can sign up with battlenet if you want your friends to see you when you log in game, but you have a choice. There is no choice with GW2 and I find that unacceptable. I’m a very private person and sometimes wish to play in private without having everyone know I’m on. Anyone else feel this way?

Go to the Contact Screen [Y], click the drop-down next to your name, and choose “Invisible.” That would seem to address your desires for playing privately.
