I posted a very well written recommendation how to “help us help you” here in the Forums and Website Bugs thread… about how letting us know things are being addressed will lower the “hate”, and how players helping players is great and the number of moderators / support staff for that forum could be utilized elsewhere.

My forum was then moved to Guild Wars 2 Discussion….

Then that same forum was move to “Trash Can” which means it was deleted from there for being off topic.

This all happened within 30 minutes of the initial posting….

I am bewildered by the support and methodology in place… please help me understand this….

Our apologies. Much of what we do is a very manual process and sometimes it takes a couple of hops to get it to the right place.
