Posting for a hacked friend

Posting this for a friend of mine who was hacked.
I was hacked and don’t have my Serial Code any more because the email that had it was deleted. I lost my Guild Wars 2 account and my original Guild Wars account that was linked to it. My display name is Kendin.1438. I was wondering if there was something i could do to get my account info back.

Have your friend contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist him.

For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.
