I’ve just realised (from the email address) that I’ve been posting on here with my beta account rather than the full game account which has my characters on it. Is it possible to merge two forum accounts?
Sorry, not it is not. And in fact beta accounts aren’t supposed to have posting privileges in the forums. We’re trying to keep the conversations focused on those playing the actual, retail game. 
I would suggest that you start posting on your retail account, since we can’t merge the two.
