Email: i cn’t recive and send mail to friends
Black Lion salvage Kit: doesn’t work anymore

the service ingame is low i have not recived any mail or any help

Now that’s a very short issue description. Informations regarding issues have to be sent as detailed as possible to the support, so it can provide help more easily.
This report basically says nothing about the issue, try to contact the support again with a much more detailed issue description.
