PLEASE HELP!!! Tickets not being Answered

My Brother is having an issue with getting the Authentication Email for is ip so he can log into the game from a different IP. He has put out Support ticket after support ticket AND he is just being ignored. he has a Guild, and members are moving on because he can’t log in and play. This issue has being going on for 1 month and 2 almost 3 weeks THERE is not reason for this kind of treatment to a person that payed for the ability to play a game. PLEASE!!! someone help solve this issue

The issue is this his ip has changed and the game is locking him out till he accepts the new ip. He is not getting any form of email for this authentication system, no where in his email not in spam or anywhere else he gets the Update emails but not the authentication one. HE also has put in a letter to his email provider and it don’t seem like there is an issue receiving mail on that end. He has put in Tickets so he shouldn’t be hard to find here he is on Tarnished coast server, and his characters is Sabatini baine. Please it has been going on way too long

Let’s work together on this.

First, please have him read this post: https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/account/Not-Getting-Our-Mails-Yahoo-Gmail-Hotmail-and-more/page/2#post3274758 He should also read the first post in that thread. There are issues with major ISPs/E-mail providers blocking our mails (pretty much out of our control, but we’re trying to work on it). The post I linked above has a practical suggestion for him to try to allow our mails to come to his in-box.

Second, since this is an on-going issue, please have him stop submitting duplicate tickets. Please go ahead and post on his behalf in the Tickets for Review thread here — https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/account/Tickets-for-Review-3-days-and-older-merged/first — and please provide with each and every ticket number related to this issue. I’m sorry to ask you to post there, but just a few sentences and the ticket numbers will help us help him!
