I have finished Scarlet’s Playhouse without dying, playing solo, and did not get the achievement. Is it a bug, or does it work for parties only?
Playhouse Perfectionist bug?

We’re aware of the text discrepancy. Currently, to unlock the achievement you must not enter downstate.
