Personality traits and character stats.

Do personality traits (the charisma, charm and ferocity levels) affect you stats in any way? or are they just there for character individuality and basically just a measure of which answers you’ve chosen in quests? What effect do they have on your character or the game? Any?

The personality traits have no mechanical effect, they’re their for roleplaying purposes. In some cases, they might open up new conversation options or reactions, but we intentionally de-couple them from mechanics so you don’t feel compelled to “maximize” your character by picking a specific personality.
