Persistent Crashes

My guild wars 2 is crashing every couple of minutes, I do the recommended steps but that dosn’t help. A perfect example was I was in the middle of the fight agenst the boss named the “Shatterer” and he had about a quarter health left when my game froze and shut down. When I re logged on the other players had killed him and recived their rewards, but I didn’t. this is a persistent issue that needs to be fixed now!

Hi Durneviir – Crash issues can occur for a number of different reasons so unless this were a widespread issue where a good majority of the players are crashing within the exact same circumstances this can be difficult to narrow down as something that requires a fix.

That being said, I’d start with sharing what troubleshooting steps you’ve tried in addition to perhaps a crash report (ArenaNet.log file, located in Documents\Guild Wars 2) in addition to your system specs.
