This is very ridiculous. I and my 4 friends was terminated account by ANET team after trading gold for achievement. The answer after I sent the ticket to their support team, they answer me like this !!!

The account was permanently closed because it was involved in the sale of in-game items for cash or other items with real world value, or otherwise engaged in gathering items to be sold for cash or other items with real world value. Both actions are against our User Agreement, where Section 2, sub-section f states, “You acknowledge You will not directly or indirectly, to the extent permitted by applicable law:…sell, sub-license, rent, lease, grant a security interest in, borrow, lend, loan, network or sell or engage in any activity that could in any way transfer or provide others access to any Service, Content, Software, or parts thereof…”

We got terminated account for no reason. What is the common sense that make all of you working like this? I known that GW2 is a global game with a hundreds of thousands of players. I don’t need you to remind, and I always keep in mind. But, what is the standards of behavior that you said?
PS. I see in your forums that there are many of players got terminated account from your working process. Why don’t you think that is your working process have some problem occur? But, you push every false to customer !!! Are you running business or destroying?
