Permanent ban. Please help !

Good day !

Hello, I’m a returning player of Guild Wars 2, I had to quit playing because I had to go to college and wasn’t able to play due to being busy studying. After of almost a year, I wanted to play again, re-installed and updated GW2, but when I logged my account in, I was shocked to see a message telling me that my account was Permanently blocked. This broke my heart, because I really love GW2, and I don’t know if I could ever get my account back.

I have attached some screenshots of the message and some of the authorization attempts on my account but I have never allowed authorization. Most were from China. If ever my account got compromised, I want to prove that it wasn’t me because I stopped playing for almost a year. I’m from the Philippines and only play in the Philippines, my account must have been logged in from a different country, I don’t know but maybe you can see where my account got logged in the day I got banned.

I just wanted to play now that I have some spare time, and believe me, it was hard for me to get an account in GW2, it costed a fortune for me(I’m from Philippines). It’s a luxury for some of us to be able to play this game. I really hope this gets cleared up and please tell me if I could ever get my account back.

I hope for your quick response. Thank you very much and sorry for the bad english. (I’m using a friend’s account since I can’t log my account in the forums)

First, please NEVER use a friend’s account to post. You may ask him or her to post for you, but you should never access someone else’s account — nor should the account owner allow you to do so.

Second, you submitted a ticket, and I’m sure you will be helped promptly. Please allow a few days to sort out what happened on this account and watch for a response from support.
