People hacking in WvW and PvP

During these events I come across someone who somehow manages to deactivate all my skills , no matter how many times I press the skill key nothing happens , and the only thing that comes to my mind is a hack, also there is a big issue on a teleportation hack going round that I keep hearing about , I haven’t seen a player use that hack yet but loads of people are mentioning it. anyone else had these issues ?

Each time you are witnessing an episode of cheating, hacking or exploiting, please proceed to report it using the in-game reporting tools (selecting the botting or scamming tab option would work). You can also take a screenshot and email it to us with a complete report to the following email address: [email protected]. The more you report, the better the game will be.
