Hello all. I have a weird issue with using bill me later to purchase gems. On the 24th I purchased 10 bucks worth of gems and used paypals bill me later option. (I’m doing this to super boost my credit because I have no credit history, thusly no company will give me a card. I’m trying to get a new car, gotta have credit for that
…..) Well I tried to buy more today and now the option for bill me later is gone. Has anyone had this problem before, and has a way to fix it? Or any report from Anet or NCsoft stating that they no longer allow this option? Google search has came up with nadda.
