Payment Authorization Failed?

I live in Australia and I’m trying to buy gems through paypal. Everytime i entered billing information and confirm payment i get this error message “Payment Authorization Failed”. This is my first time trying to buy.

This is normally due to the payment being declined by your bank. From personal experience you should make sure your billing details (for paypal) match those of your game account (address, name, DOB etc. – not email address) or that the payment has been declined out right by the bank (obviously this is something you should discuss with your bank).
