Patching issues!

Hey. Just wanted to start playing some gw2 again. Tho now Im having terrible issues with downloading the patch. It starts at around 9 mb/s and then just goes down extremely fast until it hits 1 mb/s, then i slowly deteriorates down to 0.0 kb/s. Can’t be meant that i have to restart the downloader every 10k files when im supposed to download 240k files :/ Read about other ppl having issues but the response they get is “Alot of ppl downloading, chill bro.” and i’m having a hard time imagining more ppl then me downloading patch atm :/ any tips/tricks or something? No manual patches?
