patch won't load, game wont' start

Ever since it tried updating the patch this morning, it locks up, won’t go any farther,
and now it won’t even come up at ALL, I can’t even uninstall the game to reinstall it, it 100% locks up and nothing works, i can’t play the game, can’t load it, can’t even REMOVE IT – your program has locked up my computer in regards to GW2 and now I can’t play the game, can’t uninstall it, can’t do anything.

Hello exaltedwarlock I can assure you there was no attempt to rob you or make the game unplayable for you. I would recommend creating a technical support ticket so that we can best assist you one on one in regards to this issue. The more information that you are able to provide the better we can assist you.
