Password Reset not sending email

Been waiting hours on a support ticket in relation to this (657135). My wife forgot her password. Tried doing the normal password reset but no email came through to her yahoo mail. Added all of the guild wars email addresses in the hopes it was just getting filtered. No good. Haven’t gotten a response on the ticket in seven and a half hours. We were planning on playing tonight with some friends but it is likely not going to happen at this point. This is really poor customer service to deal with a real issue.

A lot of times, we’re finding when someone submits a ticket that he or she blocked our in-bound address as spam, maybe months ago. Once we get a ticket, we often can find a way to get the e-mails to you. So please do click “Support” above and then “Submit a request” to enter a ticket.
