ok, not really banned. just going to say how stupid the password system is and how bad it is to reset your password. I bought GW2 when it first came out over the internet, and then i deleted my email with my account serial number thinking i’d never need that. After playing for about a month i stopped. Decided to play again but forgot my password. And with there being no chance to get my serial number i am stuck trying to fill out a ticket for my 12 digit-random word-symbol using-number inbeded-cap letter password. maybe i’ll see you all after support and i e-mail eachother a few times over the course of a week to reset my password…..
