Password Reset Failed

Hi,

I’m trying to reset the password for my other account but even though I properly entered the proper serial number and a character on that account it wont let me reset the password.

All it does is give me a button that says “Reset Password” and then when I click on it, it hangs and says “Failure” – “Password reset failed; please try again or contact Support.”

Not sure what I’m doing wrong – its not even letting me re-enter my serial number again in case that was the issue.

Any help would be appreciated, my wife and I are thinking about getting back into this game but if one of us can’t log in that won’t be happening.

I really believe you need personal assistance. Please submit a ticket by clicking “Support” at the top of this page and then clicking the “Submit a request” option. Provide as much information as possible in the web form, because that will create a ticket within the support system. You are not required to provide all the information but may leave fields blank when you cannot accurately complete them. The team should be able to help you.
