Password forgotten Account recovery imposible

Hello i haven’t played GW2 since it launched decided to come back to it but cant access my account (may have forgotten password ) so I tried to reset my password but says its down, I tried to go thru account recovery but I don’t have my serial number or for the life of me remember a character name is there a phone number I can call or some way to reset my password from my registered email address?
