Password changed, not get into the game

It’s been a while since I’ve played. I re-downloaded the game and was ready to play but it my password was not accepted. I was given a link to recover my account and I have my account name and serial code but I don’t remember my characters name and there is no way to look up that information.

I logged a help ticket but I keep getting the same response: they give me a temporary password to login to the web site, I change the password there but I’m still not able to get into the game.

Glad all is well, and thanks for updating the post so we knew it. If you don’t mind, Sandra is right, updating the ticket would be very helpful! Welcome back to the game.
