Password Change (PLEASE HELP)

I own two accounts for Guildwars2. I got them so I would have more character places. Though it’s been very long since I’ve played the game and I’d like to get back into it. I’ve recovered my information for this account, but I cannot do the same for my second account. I have my Serial Code and my Email, but I forgot my account’s Name.#### and any character that may or may not exist on the account. When I used it, it was shortly after the beta and I hadn’t touched it since(roughly) so I don’t recall any toons that may of been on it back then… It seems this is a required thing when you need to change your password though…

I tried to use the support options to send out a ticket but it seems I have to fill in a bunch of black info that I can’t because I don’t recall it all.

I’d appreciate it if an admin would help me out with this so I can play on my account again.

You are not required to fill in each space on the support form. Please provide all the information you can provide and a CS Agent will do his or her best to help you.
