Finally one a paid tourny but it never ended, my ticket was returned but I couldnt exit so had to alt f4, now I cant open the game as it says its already running, and I expect I wont get my chest either! help?!

I am going to be forwarding your information on to Quality Assurance, but can you file a Support Ticket as well? This will help us track your issue specifically in addition to addressing the bug causing it in general.

Additionally, can you access your map to use a waypoint, the WvW panel [B] to go to one of the WvW maps, or the PvP panel to “Go to the Heart of the Mists”? If that doesn’t work, try hanging out on the map for a while to see if it eventually kicks you back to the PvP Lobby.
