Pact Victory Token: Where's mine?

Hi. I’ve completed the story twice now, and I’m about to do it a third time. I’d like to know why I haven’t received a Pact Victory Token ( http://www.gw2db.com/items/68571-pact-victory-token-s ), and also, when the loot bags will be fixed, and refunded.

Completing story MODE of the dungeon does not award a token. Completing the personal story does. Also, make sure that your inbox is receiving incoming mail; if it’s full you won’t get the mail until you clear it out.
