"Pact" exotic weapons only available from last mission

Did you know there’s a secret vendor in Fort Trinity after the final mission? When you go into Fort Trinity and everyone is celebrating, there is a weapon vendor selling exotic “Pact” weapons.

Unfortunately he is only there while you’re in the mission. If you miss out, you miss out for good.

I just found this out. And I’m kitten

It’s intended to be available for anyone who’s completed the story. I don’t know why, but the change didn’t make it to the live servers. We’re looking into it.
