"Oops" when attempting to download client

Hi, I just bought GW2 and I am looking forward to playing it. However, it seems I can’t do that because whenever I click the Download For Windows link in the Download Client menu, all I get (in Chrome) is this http://gyazo.com/90ba86a1f8f0f3ad6d8639e88e98aafb

When I try following the link in IE, I get this: http://gyazo.com/e934b29ae4f3e6b7aebd1858750f3243

Is the download server down or something?
