me and my girl friend decided that we wanted to check out guild wars 2. So on monday we decided to buy it and all was well.. on day 3 it would appear that her account has been hacked.. We have msged Support a few times and that there is nothing really happening to give us answers or fix the situation. We got a email this morning saying that the account has been resorted we tried logging into it but nothing was working. I have been trying to find a phone number to call Support as this is just getting a bit out of hand. We were really enjoying the game to

I am sorry that happened. If you can simply update the ticket and include a note that the account is still blocked, the team will double-check to make sure access is re-enabled. (I believe it was probably locked down to prevent as much havoc as possible from the account thief.)
