Offensive names in my language

Hi!

My native language is not Engsligh, and I’m playing on EU. On my server there are lots of people from my nationality. Some of those people name their characters (and guilds for that matter) in a very offensive way, but that is only offensive in my language, so no one will notice, except those who speak the language.

I believe, that support doesn’t speak my language either, so what are my options here?

And yes, I have contacted Support via the Ask a question menu about this same issue, and got the generic copy-pasted reply about the generic how to report in-game FAQ.

We have taken action when we have been able to ascertain that a guild name is offensive in a particular language, even when that language is not one of the four that is officially supported within the game. Each would be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, of course.

If you provide the exact names (with correct spelling) and the translation in a support ticket, the team will take a look. I cannot make a promise that every one will be addressed as you would like, but they will be reviewed and action will be taken when appropriate.
