Gonna post it here also:

“Currently the Obsidian Shards bought before the 25/9 patch DOES NOT stack with the one after the patches.. This is a SERIOUS problem as I have a total of 250 shards right now but Mystic Forge only recgonise one of the stack for forging my Legendary…
Please Fix them ASAP.”

• Obsidian Shards are now account bound.
This update caused the issue.
It should be an easy fix for today.
