Hello,
I am experiencing a problem loading many key details of the game. I can load the maps but I have an incredibly hard time loading NPCs, the menus, and occasionally the terrain. With the graphics set to its lowest possible setting it takes me a good twenty minutes of standing in the same spot to load any nearby character, making it impossible to play the game. I have just recently purchased Guild Wars 2 however, I have never experienced these problems with other MMOs. What could be the problem?

Hi Cole – First I would recommend updating your Windows to Service Pack 1. You can do so by clicking the “Start” button and typing in “Windows Update.” Once you’ve selected Windows Update, be sure to download all critical updates for your system.

Next, I would recommend using AMD’s Driver Verification Tool to locate the most recent drivers for your laptop:
