I’ve had 2 separate incidents. Reported through the in game ticket system, waited about a week or so (over 2 for the first I think now), and have had no response or remedy to date. They both involved lost gold on the BLTP. Are these type of incidents perceived as a “sucks to be you” type of situation, or can they actually be fixed? I understand you guys (and gals) have A LOT going on, and this kind of thing is small bean potatoes, but maybe just a " get over it noob " would suffice in my situation?

Hi everyone.

If your tickets are that old, you can enter in your Customer Support account, close them, and start another one new; you should get an answer then regarding this issue. However, you may not get that lost gold back.
