Not recieving authentication email

attempting to login into the game client but not receiving the authoration email to do so.
any ideas as to why this is happening?.

did switch server this morning, and account was hacked a few days ago (that was sorted through a support ticket). However password has not been changed.

i doubt it’s a hacking again but not too certain.

any clues as to whats going on?

Are you able to log in, or are you blocked because you cannot authenticate the location?
