Hi,
So almost 2 days ago I bought a minipet set, and till today I have yet to receive the item in my mailbox. The gems went off instantly, but the item is no where to be seen. I’ve asked advice on twitter, but the only response I got there was I need my mailbox to have space. But my mailbox was never full, so this must be a bug.
This is really annoying and getting no response or getting it fixed. I’ve also read some other topics where people didn’t receive their item they bought.
So it seems to be a problem that needs SERIOUS attention plz.
In the meanwhile, any other advice on what to do?
