Not receiving purchases from the Gem Store

In the past three days, I’ve purchased a few things from the Gem Store. A couple of the Kite Fortunes to be precise. Thing is, it’s been three days, and I’ve yet to receive them. No mail, no items in the Trade Post pickup, not in the inventory of any of my characters. I’d like to hope this is just an oddly long purchase-delivery delay, and that my gems aren’t just disappearing into cyberspace.

Try deleting all messages in your mailbox. There’s a limit on the amount of mail it will hold, and past that new messages will get put on hold until room is made in the mailbox.
