I have given you all of the information I can. Twice have I received an absolutely useless general reply.
You have now taken it upon yourselves to close my ticket because you fixed a few issues and mine MAY HAVE been on of those.

What do I need to do to get my issue sorted it has been over four weeks!!!!!!

“A server error has been encountered. Please wait a moment and try again.” tells me nothing.

I am so sorry that you have been waiting this long. Could you please add your name and ticket number to the sticky post above, the one that calls for tickets 5 days an older? (Also, if you supply it here I’ll take a peek.)

I was posting in reference to Pangies issue.

However, i think we can all agree that support for this game is pretty much non-existant. I mean, c’mon. 50 reps to serve 2 million + players?

Where did you get that figure? It is off by a magnitude of many!
