I have given you all of the information I can. Twice have I received an absolutely useless general reply.
You have now taken it upon yourselves to close my ticket because you fixed a few issues and mine MAY HAVE been on of those.
What do I need to do to get my issue sorted it has been over four weeks!!!!!!
“A server error has been encountered. Please wait a moment and try again.” tells me nothing.
NOT HAPPY
