Not getting the rare bonus chest.

I am not getting the bonus rare item chest even if it is the first time I kill the world boss for the day (after the 8 pm reset).
I get to loot the regular chest but I am not getting the additional chest.
It should appear (wiggling) in the same where I get the chest for the daily or for completing a map, but I get nothing.

Is anybody else having this issue?

“We’ve limited rares in mega boss chests to require the player be level 40+ to receive them. This is to keep acquiring rares consistent throughout the game; this will also help close up an exploit with newly created characters. This was accidently left out of the original update notes.”
