Not getting my GOLD on sales

Is anyone else having issues where you are selling items on the TP and not receiving the gold in the pick up tab? This has happened NUMEROUS times for me. I have opened support tickets and not received ANY HELP on getting my Gold back. just curious if its only me or if its someone else as well.

I can assure you that we are looking into every report submitted. We respond to these as fast as possible but, due to high volumes of tickets, it may take a few days to get to your ticket. Also, it helps to know the item that you sold, and the approximate time of sale, as that lets us more quickly narrow down that transaction.
