Not getting my character slot expansion

Hi, I bought a character slot expansion and the purchase went through. It even appeared in my recent purchases. However, when I logged out with the intention of rolling a new character, my slots are still at 5/5! I tried exiting the character selection and back to the loading client and back to the selection; even tried closing the client and all.

My character slots are still at 5/5! Someone help me!
