Well. I’ve been to many stones and i press transcribe. my character does the action but does not get the option with a green check mark.

Based on the video, it looks like you need to grab a Transcriber from Priory Arcanist Dolja. She is in the Thunder Ridge Camp that is south of Fort Salma in Kessex Hills. The interact prompt for these shards says “Transcribe”, but you also need to have the actual Transcriber item in your inventory. Could it be possible you might have deleted it? You can talk to Dolja for another one if you did.
