Hello! first of all this is my brothers account that told me to use it and reached out to the forum about my account that was blocked from the game and didn’t hear a word from the support team after opening a ticket for 2 days now. I would understand that your investigating my account and thats fine because im 100% sure ive done nothing wrong. Its just so frustrating not to hear a single word/email from the support team for that period of time. Specially i’m so close to obtaining my legendary weapon (Gift of mastery to go) and not being able to play to accomplish what is need to be done to craft my legendary weapon is super duper frustrating. Ive spent alot of money supporting gw2 and getting something like this is really upsetting.
