No Visible Cursor in-game

Hey there, I recently Re-installed Guild wars 2, due to login issues. No more login issues, and the game runs fine. However now, there is no Visible cursor in-game. If I switch to windowed mode, I can see the cursor, But my FPS drops dramatically, so I’d rather not play windowed mode.

Is there any fix for this that anyone knows of? or should I re-install the game once again?
