I recently moved from Europe to the US West Coast due to a military move. I was playing on a European server since the peak times line up with when I actually played. Since the move I can’t find anyone online to play dungeons/spvp/wvwvw. It is completely dead. I have lost interest in just the 3 days I’ve been playing.
Now I asked as a customer who supported the developers by buying gems for “cool” items on the gem store if I could get a free server xfer to a US server that my friends play in. I know I can pay the $20 dollars to server xfer but figured they might be a little lenient in my case and I don’t consider a server move as “cool.” I know of another game that did this for me when I moved from the states to Asia. Instead I got a rejection with no real reason.
It will be hard to quit given all the accomplishments I made to include a legendary, but I think I will stand my ground and give up here due to what happened. Just wished I hadn’t thrown down $20 in gems this past weekend.
Just felt like venting on the lack of support for military members.

You’ve changed locations, and it’s natural that the busy times in Europe will not be the busy times in North America. The point is, you registered an account in Europe and were and will continue to be able to play from anywhere in the world. That is rather remarkable.
